Save application form.

E-mail the application to divorce.com.au.

We will then:

·        Ensure application is completed correctly and fully

·        E-mail client back that the application is OK to be signed

Once the form has been cleared by us print the form and then arrange for the Application to be signed signed in the presence of a Justice of the Peace, Solicitor or Notary Public.

Send signed Application to us with:

·        Marriage Certificate

·        Citizenship papers (if applicable)

·        Copy of passport (if applicable)

12.

We will then:

·        File application in court

·        Advise you of court date

·        Service application on respondent
